Thank you for your continued support of CHKD. It is because of the dedication of The King's Daughters, that CHKD is the heart of our community.

The King’s Daughters is the founding organization of Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters (CHKD).  Our organization is comprised of 46 Adult Circles and 6 Junior Circles.

Circles range in size from 6 to 50 members; each of which have one goal in common – to ensure that the children of the region continue to receive the best medical care possible and to make CHKD the best it can be.

To achieve this goal, Circles have fundraisers, participate in major projects such as the Tour de Cuisine, RunWalk for the Kids, Holly Festival of Trees and the Holly Ball; as well as make hand-sewn stuffed bears for the surgical patients and neonatal caps and booties for the premature babies.  There are also opportunities to volunteer in various ways at the Hospital.  For more information about joining or creating a Circle contact the KD office at 757.668.7098 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
